Please Note: All Problems Must Be Reported to the Office in the first instance, we will try to help you resolve the problem initially before advising you of the best course of action. Our Maintenance Team Members will charge you directly if they are called out unnecessarily i.e. if a faulty customer's appliance is causing the electricity to trip and you have failed to call the Office for advice etc.
