LETTING AGENTS WIGAN
With over 20 years of Property Management Experience our Management Team created Robin Park Letting Agents Wigan in 2000 after being short listed for, and subsequently winning, the tender process to become Wigan Council’s one and only partner in “The Empty Homes Challenge Fund”. The Empty Homes Challenge Fund was a scheme which was introduced to bring long-term, problematic vacant properties back into use. Robin Park Letting Agents Wigan then offered these properties To Let in a creative and innovative way back into the Wigan Market Place.
It was this same creativity and innovative approach along with our Project Management Skills and Methodology, and our High Level of Attention To Detail from our Management Team that resulted in Robin Park Letting Agents Wigan winning and being presented with a National Award by the Government Housing Minister, on behalf of the Empty Homes Agency for “The Most Innovative Partnership Scheme in the UK” in 2001. This plaque is on display in Wigan Council Town Hall and also in our office.
Our second “The Empty Homes Challenge Fund” award involved us bringing inward investment to the Borough providing additional Leverage which provided further Added Value for Wigan Council. This was achieved via other Landlords and these organisations have become Robin Park Letting Agents Wigan’s existing client base.
We achieved further success in 2004 when we were presented with a certificate at the Wigan Council Housing Partnership Forum. Then we became the first Landlord and Letting Agents in Wigan to become Accredited and that Wigan Award takes pride of place in our office along side the National Award already mentioned.
As a result of these achievements the credibility of Robin Park Letting Agents in Wigan has gained strength. Over a number of years our properties and processes have become the Benchmark of Quality and Standards across the Wigan Borough and an increasing number of Landlords now want to share our success.
With that in mind our latest Milestone is, as of the 1st of November 2009 we shall start to offer our services to All Landlords in the Wigan Borough in addition to our existing private Clients.
